In the framework of the activities for the establishment of the Virtual Cross Border Control Centre (VCBCC) Slovenian TSO ELES implemented a communication platform ECCo SP at the sites of TSO (ELES), DSO (SODO) and all distribution companies. Communication platform provides a modern, efficient, and reliable way of exchange of non-real-time data such as counter data, RES production, planning data, outage data, market data etc. The project goal is also to harmonize the data exchange with modern data exchange standards and profiles.

Integration of the Advance counter system with ECCo SP will enable reliable counter data exchange among all participating partners.
