At the symposium, dr. Uroš Kerin presented the preparation of the technical specification of STATCOM in the SINCRO.GRID project and dr. Janko Kosmač presented the integration of the SUMO system with other systems.

The 13th International Symposium "Höfler Days" took place this year between October 22nd and 23rd in Portorož. The main theme of the Symposium was focused on threats to energy devices before lightning in the light of the massive use of power electronics.

PROJECT PARTNERS

The partners in the project were transmission and distribution system operator from Slovenia and Croatia (ELES, SODO, HOPS, HEP ODS).

Having demonstrated its conformity with EU policies in the field of smart grids, the project was selected in 2016 for co-financing under the Connecting Europe Facility call.
