On Monday, 25 February, the installation of a 100 MVAr variable shunt reactor (VSR) in substation 220/110 Mraclin began at the construction site. The main contractor Siemens AG and subcontractors Končar - Power Transformers Ltd., Tehno-elektro Ltd. and Dalekovod d.d, shall perform all contracted works. The installation of a 100 MVAr VSR in substation Mraclin should be completed by January 2020.

On Monday, 25 February, the installation of a 100 MVAr variable shunt reactor (VSR) in substation 220/110 Mraclin began at the construction site.

The partners in the project were transmission and distribution system operator from Slovenia and Croatia (ELES, SODO, HOPS, HEP ODS).

Having demonstrated its conformity with EU policies in the field of smart grids, the project was selected in 2016 for co-financing under the Connecting Europe Facility call.
